And presumably you already KNOW you. When you are talking to someone else you need to spend all your time finding out about them... What do think? How do they feel? What kind of person are they? Where do they want to live? How many kids do they want to have? How important are things like family and faith and money... the cornerstones of who they really are. Who they vote for isn't as important as you think it is. Attitudes and opinions change. The core beliefs are the ones that stick around forever.
