I used to be fairly athletic in HS (soccer, track, cross country, ballet, drill team). I went running and didn't even make it a mile before I started gagging and coughing up phlegm balls. It was really the, "OMG! What have I done to myself?!?" epiphany. Like I said before...The coffee and cig combo and that delicious one that makes the whole world seem right when accompanied by a drink.
