I may watch the golf on TV on occasion, but mainly because it hops between golfers on the course so something is always happening at least.

Edit: But usually people are like, "Lacrosse is dumb". That of course translates into, "I've never played nor watched the sport thus have little understanding of the mechanics or rules of the games".

yeah I guess I had fun playing baseball until I figured out there was football. (no lacrosse here, too far west.) so I pretty much forgot all about baseball until I realized a guy could get super drunk under-age @ the softball fields, so I played again until I was 21-22. but was I there to drink, or play a sport? uh-huh.
I've never actually seen or played Lacross but I don't think it's dumb =(

I think baseball is a sport that requires beer to enjoy. Both playing and watching. It's just so friggin' slow. I don't consider golf a real sport because the competition does not have a direct impact on your performance.

golf would seem to meet this qualification.

I miss it at times.
Hell as much as practice sucks I even miss like 3 hours straight of just beating the crap out of each other more or less.
Also in regards to golf, I grew up playing it so I have a respect for the game. I'd say it's a sport but the competition factor is more solely about your skill vs theirs with the real opposition being the course.
