Not always... sometimes there just isn't coverage there... Say for this kind of loss your policy will only cover said amount... then it becomes a battle with the insured themselves... and sometimes they can't pay...
I've literally seen ones come across my desk that I could probably go in... pretend to be their lawyer and get a good settlement.. but sometimes the money just isn't there...

I HATED dealing with accident claims ... I swear you guys get paid to postpone payment of medical bills ... worker's comp is worse then auto accidents, because usually we just run up the tab and give it over to the lawyer handling the case. But there were times ... ugh!

Edit: it's kinda like that lawsuit against McDonalds where they sued for them to stop calling their burgers (was it the quarter pounder?) because after cooked it weighed less that 1/4 pound... they had a thing against taco bell too because not enough beed was in there tacos or something to consider it beef... they had 36% and it was supposed to be 48%.

What I am more referring to is when I submit the medical claim with all of the detail/backup and get back a denial because of lacking the detail/backup ... really, so then I send it all again, this time via fax after confirming what they are looking for. Then I get back a denial because it is lacking detail/backup. Basically it is an ongoing cycle that I used to deal with and while it would eventually get paid, it was annoying as *** to have to send the same thing 3 and 4x each.

Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
