No, not here. They're two and a half hours north of me. I have friends who live in Cleburne and Burleson though. Got some crazy texts, but that's par for the course in Spring.

well that's good the *** are that far north, & not in your backyard. My eldest is terrified of tornados, but we'll almost never get hit here, idk what the deal is, >.>

I've been through a couple. My brother and dad have both slept through ones on separate occasions. Same old drill...Find an enclosed room at the center of the house, wait, done. I assume it's just as uneventful as an earthquake in CA.
I always wondered how tucking into a ball was going to help with a tornado at school. How was that suppose to help with flying debris, and winds that could pick up a kid no problem and toss them from here to next week?

Edit: if you have proper prep time you just get the hell away... If any hit with proximity and great enough force you're *** with any of em lol.. If your house gets hit by a tornado or hurricane there's no prep that can save you lol..

Okay...What if it was a caught off guard, wrong place at the wrong time scenario?
Honestly Yellowstone Volcano erupting would frighten me more than any of those, even being in PA. If that thing goes, it's going to be catastrophic for most of the US O.o
I think any natural disaster would suck to be caught in the middle of especially off guard. I live in a place where we do not suffer from natural disasters so I don't really have to deal with it ever.
