I love how up until that point everything in the game makes sense in one way or another, then boom everybody prays and a giant mechanical whale that can double up as an airship floats out of the ocean. Complete with space age stasis chambers.

I played them, but my friend hasn't. He wants to watch me play through them, although he'll take over X-2 for the most part, just passing me the controller if he ever struggles, but it's not like he's garbage. He just knows that I'm boss when it comes to FF.

I've started them on various occasions far back, but never finished. I plan on playing through each one before the end of the year. Since my friend is the one who hasn't played any outside of VIII, I'm playing through more modern ones before we go back in time for older ones. We'll probably play PS1 verions of all of them (that were SNES).
We're about to finish IX tonight, on disk 4. I want this to end already. It was okay, but this slow *** ATB is just killing me.

Word of advice when you get to FFV. Whoever you choose to be your healer, level Hunter to get the Critter ability.
You can keep a party healed in most non-boss situations using 0 MP.

Can you not speed it up in the config? I remember it was pretty sluggish. But srsly brah play 6, don't be a Draylofag and only play modern FF games.

We are. At least Zidane and Quina are since we recently got the boots to do so. He likes Quina since he enjoys eating enemies, lol. Personally I wouldn't use her since there's very few blue magic spells even worth using (like in a majority of FFs).

Can you not speed it up in the config? I remember it was pretty sluggish. But srsly brah play 6, don't be a Draylofag and only play modern FF games.
Even the fastest in Config is slows as bawls. I'm going to play them all, I have no problem with sprites, you just have to consider the fact that more modern FFs are easier to get a hold of, whereas older ones require ordering which my parents don't like doing for me. Now that I has monies, it's gametime.

Okie dokie. I'm gonna see if we can work from 1 and up, so it feels as if there are "enhancements" each time we finish one. I want the remakes on DS and GBA, but it's more fun on the big screen for us, so we'll deal with the original stuff.

Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
