Gonna do a copy and paste from an earlier MSN conversation where I asked someone else: Quote: the story is that a maiden enters a medieval market place seeking the wizard because XXX the wizard starts to help her out, but the templar rocks up and starts interfering, the wizard and templar start arguing and then fight it out in an epic magical battle the maiden then decides that they're both idiots, comes up with her own solution to problem XXX and leaves them to it fill in XXX for me I've tried a few different things, but just can't quite get it the story to flow properly. Getting it to start off okay is one thing, but getting that instant solution, or even making her believably give up on her problem/need/request is where I'm coming unstuck. The initial idea I was working with I've made into an animatic, but it's kinda naff :/ Asura.Citag said: I need to do something with my life. A new job or something. Anyone have any ideas? I'd suggest the same thing as angel... see if you can get some volunteer work with a couple things you find interesting. Even if only a couple hours a week even if only a couple hours a week it will help you to peg down wether it is something you can see yourself doing for the next XX number of years. Not sure what kind of volunteer stuff they have in schools so can't help you there but I'm sure they have something. Edit: It can also give you some connections in the field you go with so you have a bit of a leg up when it comes fo finding an actual job. The templar says that is a fake and that there is only one holy grail and it is not for personal use. Soooooooooo Citag. When ya gonna be on FF next? :)
I'm a terrible person... the first thing that came to mind for blazza's story was that the maiden is pregnant : (

@Xueye: I'm limited to the three characters I already have, takes a *** long time to make a new character lol. @Dameshi: What would the solution be after they fight it out? And why is the maiden randomly asking the wizard for it? Aside from that it kinda fits, I already have a bunny swallowing a holy hand-grenade lol. The solution is that she hates fighting and doesn't care anymore. She didn't think it would be such a big deal. That or she just says that she'll find it herself. I'll send you some pics of my brother's house that I designed (that has been the only residential that I have done). Not posting that on here though. I'm so angry! He's losing that house in the divorce and has to continue to pay half the mortgage! His ex-wife has already shacked up with a new BF in that house with my nephew. But yes, I totally see both of those problems, however I've painted myself into a corner, now I have to come up with a way out. Edit: Tudor houses being my preferred the name was just slipping my mind whilst I typed.
