I went for a run last night. I made it a lot further than I expected to before stopping, but I really need new shoes cuz it hurt my feet/shins/calfs.

It was great! I wish we would have done a longer ride though, 20 miles really was nothing at all. Next year were going to do the 75 mile ride.
When I run I get realllly bad shin splints. Ever since I've used vibrams though for running/working out/riding whatever else, I've never had any problems whatsoever. I swear by them.

Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.
