I won't buy used in a store just due to the reason that the markup on it is so *** stupid that it's just cheaper in the end to buy a new system.
I sold a PSP once and only got like 90 bucks for it, while they were (at the time) selling them used for 130 bucks.

it also comes with AR, Your own portable Mii, and the JP version lets you watch streaming TV on it (only one station tho)

I don't mind getting refurb phones, most of them I've gotten are used (except on like one occasion) the phone I just got was used and other then a few cosmetic scratches (which honestly if you *** about that ... kill yourself) it's a fine and functional phone.
