I have no choice. I suffer from chronic migraines. Caffiene addiction is bad enough as is but when you are already prone to migraines you are just hurting yourself. Ok you are hurting yourself anyways since your addiction is making you feel the need for it and if you got off of it you would be fine but meh.

yeh I had the terribad insomnia stage.. insomnia added with the mass need for caffeine = your never sleeping. My doctor was like i can give you a pill for the insomnia but you'll crave more caffeine.. but then ill give you a tablet for caffeine but it'll keep you awake..

Got so bad at one time I was eating 12+ excedrin a day...
But I try to stay away from drug solutions. And yeah you should sit it out. Taking ***is going to just be counterproductive and bad for your health in the long run

have tried numerous sleeping pills they dont work for me lol and least your doctor is nice mine was basically "if u don't stop you prob wont live to be 30" but he's a family friend so eh least he was straight forward

The main thing sleeping pills do for me is to make me need them in every increasing dosages that suprise my doctors to just get as much sleep as I used to get without them

Vitamins aren't really the answer. They are just something to make do for if you aren't getting proper nutrition but not really a replacement for it.
Regular meaningful exercise almost always helps. Might not be great but it helps regulate your body so you can and will feel the need to get at least some sleep a night

i wouldnt say meaningful excercise but a "fast" walk for 2 miles a day is about the only exercise i get.. but thats walking to train for work.
I was tempted to pull out my bike and cycle.. but thats like an effort finding the safe routes through the British roads

Well just for minimum basic health I believe 30+ min of walking 3-4 times a week is the recomendation.
But really to help regulate your sleep I find you need a bit longer or at the very least decent cardio. Like I used to walk for an hour or 2 home each day but yeah that didn't do alot. But if I had ridden my bike would've been better despite being much shorter. Personally I'll ride my bike near anywhere though. Except on highway but I wouldn't be walking that way anyways so not losing out over walking
I should go thru with that plan to set up something so I can exercise while watching tv or something...

Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
