And yeah, I used Nicoderm CQ (but hey, it's still quitting)
I'm not on the patch anymore (cuz it was irritating my skin) and haven't had a cigarette since.

BMI only counts to an extent IMO.
testing your fat percentage would be more redeeming in tandem with that to get a better idea :/
