What's better? That's the max amount of Haste/DW possible. And since this was designed as a pure solo set, a -75% attack speed while solo (-80% capped with /DNC and Haste Samba assuming it's still 5% Haste when subbed) would be ideal. Wouldn't need Haste spell or Marches.
well you have 27% haste, so you can ditch the tiercel, i'd never TP in an STR ring like that when there is "heed ring" or rajas... pending if you're in abyssea or not, and atma, the nin AF3 back armor is fairly nice, as is the neck... ditch the kikoku entirely, go kannagi main hand + kamome katana off-hand and for your ammo, you can get a fire bomblet or one of those new elemental absorbing sachets (they all have 2 STR on them as well)
and idk how you have -75% delay reduc, cuz the "enhance dual wield" set effect, isn't delay- like the rest of the DW stuff in the game..it actually turns DW into "occasionally attacks twice" it basically just adds hits to your attack arounds (though i'm not sure if you calc'd it that way or not)
I only count 25% Haste. Where do you see 27%?

maybe i'm countin your haste a lil wrong...gimme a sec now lol.. and ya the AF3+2 head is the only delay reduc "DW+" out of the set, the set itself, like i said just adds attacks to the rounds... and idk how much the new earring has...its kinda nice, but if you're already at the cap or close enough to it, you can sub it out for something better

Was making a few assumptions on the gear, but I knew every piece of DW gear barring the Sarashi thing at LV 30 for /NIN gave +5% DW.

+5% Iga earring
+5% Iga Zukin
50% DW, +25% Haste, +Haste Samba makes a perfect 80%. Probably swap that STR ring for Rajas or something and look at those JSE things.

is the JSE earring even confirmed at 5%? cuz stuff like the raider's boomerang is only 3% DW though it says "enhances DW" from what I understand

Yeah, but the good news is despite what now look like cheap parlor tricks for special effects in films, they retain their own "charm" that no remake can compare to. So even now, originals tend to be better than remakes.
