I highly recommend them. First one is pretty cheap, and it nets you a female Samurai in Disgaea 2 just for having a save file. And get Phantasy Star Portable 2 Nick! Eli and I are playing it. We did our first run together and it was nice (I had like NO restoratives).
Man, just seeing this makes me want to go out and buy another PsP.
I don't know, but RPGs are "usually" well done on PsP, I could have told you there was a Lunar game.
Good stuff tends to slip under noses because all the mediocre games get the hype and advertisement funds.

If you got a PS3 you can download some good PS1 games and even import some over if you have means to make isos & bins of the original discs. I think the only downside to the PSP is the lack of a more universal storage system or internal hard drive. Wii: Sonic Colors, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Mario Galaxy 2 PS3: Have no idea. I only have Disgaea 3 and generic FPS for mine so far. Get the first and Dark Hero Days, or just Dark Hero Days. I repeat, do not get Disgaea Infinite. (Infinite just gives all the characters some more back story, which is irrelevant if you haven't played any previous Disgaea titles)
And only get Phantasy Star Portable 2. Do not get the first one. It was pretty bad and is not related to 2 at all. And be prepared for intense lag on War of the Lions. I love it, but fights drag on from animation lag so badddd >____> |
