Sounds like you need to move to CA. Labor laws here are awesome. lol work 7 minutes past your end time and you get 15 min of paid time.

Seriously state money has nothign to do with how much employers pay... for that matter cali has relatively low min wage considering its cost of living. While Washington's is decently higher
