As did I. It honestly took me 4 or so years to finally do something about it as well. I'm just hoping that they learned for the experience, and will be a better person there on.

Right!!! That's honestly my biggest issue.
I'm a hopeless romantic, in all the senses. So like.. the first couple months is ALWAYS my favorite in a relationship. Everything is so new and special and just so much lurrrrveee.. So after that's over my trust plummets, and I struggle with the fact that they DONT feel the same they did in the beginning.

What I did to Maple Story Girl was essentially the equivalent of torture. A simple act that will leave her tormented for a very long time due to her fragile sense of self, inner loathing, and lack of esteem.
I didn't intend on it.
