Any easy cures for headaches? My queasy has gone away!
Depends on the cause. Which most people who don't get chronic migraines can't tell by feel like I can lol.
So there is eliminating possibly causes. Like hydrating, eating, getting away from too much light, sound or stress, also excredin helps, showers, caffiene (not to be used regularly as it will eventually cause them), sugar, chiropractor, getting more comfortable etc

The chemicals release are yes good for pains. Also help expand your blood vessels so more O2 to the brain which helps headaches and is actuallhy why caffiene helps in the short term and hinders in the long term.
However all that movement can be pretty bad lol. Of course if you are a woman you could just lie there and be fine. Or as a guy getting a BJ maybe
