excedrin works best for me because it hits so many things...but pretty much any pill is bad to take IMO if you are already pounding your liver with some other pill.

because apap might not be recommended because maybe your pills you take already have a bunch in em?

It could easily just be a blood vessel, I get em all the time when I'm in a high energy state and my blood is pumping. Sometimes my left. sometimes my right.

That is one of my problems.
When I'm at work my nerves make me forget about teh noms.
but I'm pretty sure I'm hypoglycemic or some ***lol.
My dad has the diagnosis but I have the same kind of problems he does and similar eating habits so it kinda makes sense lol.
