Couldn't sleep at all last night. The combination of my pinched nerves in my *** up tooth and a minor case of Tinnitus just made for a night of hell :/
Oh and this one song always helped me sleep when I was younger, and to this day sometimes.

Ibuprofen might help! Can take up to 800mg three times a day! :)
I wasn't all that interested in this.. at first. Now i'm all into it and theres like.. 3 more episodes :(

Yeah I took 3 of those cheap-o store brand pain killer sleep aid thingies but by the time it kicked in, my alarm clock for work rang like 2 hours later.

30 mg of zolpidem and you'll be in 'La la' land in 20 mins. No idea when you'll wake up, though. Depending on the person 10-20 mg will work. Could probably take upwards of 50. Anymore and you risk being in a coma or dying.
You really shouldnt take more then 10mg of Zolpidem to be honest. :/

Loretab may not help :/ If its inflammation all that will do is make you high for a little. Ibuprofen or Vicoprofen is the way to go if its inflamed. :3

I try not to take drugs other than ganja, alcohol, and caffeine.
More often than not I let my body take care of whatever ails me at the time unless it ends up prolonging to an unbearable level.
Going on several months now, but that's something that needs to be taken care of by a dentist. Years of neglect = baaaad.

3200 mg is the max per day.. the absolute max. :3 Then you risk damage :#

Yeah I'm pretty certain it's just a bum-tooth. I bit into some stale food and a tiny chip of it just came flying out. Definitely not good lol. Just need to look after myself on a regular basis; not when it's just convenient for me.

I sometimes have to take 20 or else I just stay awake in bed in a paranoid state. Which is weird because I'm not like that at all.
