There you go again, acting like what works for you is the be all and end all. High reps will have no use for you because your a lifter. They will be of great use to beginners and people wanting to improve muscular endurance and power.
You just said you know what your talking about again, then went and smacked yourself in the face dissing the high rep argument. I do high rep workouts, I've only ever done high rep arm workouts because I don't want huge mass, and I've went from being able to do 5 press ups a minute to 60.
Tell us all again that it's a useless workout.

you can't lift high reps for the extended time you will need for optimal fat burn without overtraining whatever muscle groups you are abusing to hell and back and then back to hell again
not only that, you need to be in a state of fasting for your fat burn and you need carbs in you pre-weight training, so you can't do them at the same time
there is no anaerobic heart rate lol, only anaerobic excercise. an anaerobic heart rate would imply your heart didn't have access to oxygen, in which case you would be dead. stop trying to throw out terms in an attempt to argue above your expertise, it only sounds intelligent when the other guy is a neophyte
your fat cells vanish when your body goes into ketosis and starts using them exclusively for food, and vanish at a lesser rate without the aid of ketosis during 0-60% aerobic capacity excercise.
your skin is not a suit of rubber. your skin is made of living cells. eventually(it takes a while) you shed those cells, and you don't make as much to replace it.
number of reps and rate of basal lamina mitosis are not only unrelated, they are in different universes

Technically we skipped 4 and 5 in the US. Our 2 was JP's 4, and our 3 was their 6 so it got all jumbled until 1999 when they finally released Anthology for the PS1.
I found a cool patch file to make it translated except I have no idea how to go about patching a smc file with this funky thing.

Nah Nintendo, really good games, but I'd suggest playing the 2 GBA ones first. Brilliant games, but really hard. If a character dies that's it, they're dead for good.
That game made me rage so much, but it's definitely worth the play

Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
