You don't need to be huge to be strong. My uncle is muscular. He isn't *** huge, but you can tell he works out. I'd say a little more muscular than Frank (Ice1cube) and much less than Hanh, and he is an inch shorter than me (so that makes him 5"5) and he is a freakin beast for his size. Benches sets of 10 w/ 320+ (at age 54).
I'm going for a build more similar to my uncle's than anything else.
