I've got a dynamic workout going on man to work all different types of muscle groups and strengths. low reps of heavy weight is good but so is high reps for endurance

Yeah.. roughly. I just don't have access to a gym, I live near a busy road, and I lack clothes for working out in.

i can't think of much i would want to do with the ability to use my muscles continuously for long periods of time with zero rest

Lol. I'm actually really out of shape too. in HS, I ran track, however I was a sprinter.. No endurance to speak of, and did various dances. Primarily Ballet.

Idk it just makes more sense to me to have the endurance aspect over the explosive. Though I'm getting some of both. so yeah. Then again I'm no professional, this workout I made just seemed to work for me

In terms of gear, I don't really have much floating about. The main spots I'd prefer to tone/gain muscular definition in happens to be my thighs and waist anyhow.

"toning" and spot reduction are myths

bodyweight excersises do not require gear

though personally it helps me to have a physical gym to go to facilitate the mental transition from sedentary to let's do this

all fighters at the ufc level are explosive strength fighters

there is no such thing as a "muscular endurance" fighter

muscle endurance and cardiovascular endurance

are way, way different arenas

Has to do with the fact that I was made fun of for being fat, and made fun of for trying to get in shape. I'm nervous to work out with others around now.

the harder it gets to start

best to get over the hump before

it gets any harder
