I was working for my father + 15 other coworkers and the co-owner.

There has to be a reason why you cant get hired. If you worked 80 hours a week, you should have lots of experience, a good work ethic, employers should be fighting over you.

That shop did NOT adhere to proper labour laws. I blame that on it being co-ran by a Romanian guy, who saw anyone and everyone as cheap labour.

I didn't know she did, nor does her sexual orientation have anything to do with this, at all. My point stands; you weren't there, you don't know her workload, so telling her she has no place to judge cuz she never worked anywhere else when you've never worked her former job, worked for her dad, or likely even seen the woodshop...yeah, pot, meet kettle.

It's not about being a white knight or anything, it's about logic, and pointing out a hypocritical argument.
