Most Important Elemental Staffs

im lvling sch, im trying to see which staffs are the most important.

i have all 8 but i wanna know which are best to HQ.
I have Vulcan, apollo, pluto, jupiter, Aquilo, auster's, NQ water and NQ earth.

which should i change, if any?

You should change NQ water and NQ earth to HQ.

I'd upgrade to Terra's before Neptune's because of Slow though.

The general consensus for what? For RDM perhaps, for BLM you'd go Ice Thunder Dark and then everything else except Light. WHM I have no clue but I'd guess Ice Wind Earth and Light first, BRD is Light and Earth by my understanding.

Well you are 6/8 hq staff so what is the problem exactly? You left arguably the least useful staffs till the end to hq although imo Neptunes, Terras and Vulcans are below Aquilos, Jupiters, plutos and Austers in no particular order, with Apollos right bottom. You havent stated weather you are in need of gil or something and need so sacrifice a hq staff. If not i fail to see any reason to go back to nq on any staff.

Btw my perferred order is from the perspective of someone with rdm and blm 75 not sch but it applies pretty much the same to sch. Im currently trying to get alkalurops would be sexy addition to my blm enfeeb build.
