I think you just need the RSS feed don't you? So you could just get that from any site that has one.

I've found your problem.
Really windows can not do that?
It saves a singular image and puts it on both monitors.
The only way around this is to make an image that spans the resolution of both monitors and covers the two images you want.
Even then it might come out funky or detached.
You can't say you didn't see it coming.
