New Linkshell Regeneration - Recruiting [NA/EU]

Hi there,

As the title says a group of people on Valefor have recently made a new Linkshell called Regeneration.

The goal

We are currently looking to recruit new members to buff up for bigger events such as Naakuals, Delve and Legion.
Other events are open to suggestion and based on the demands of members, a few examples would be:
Arch Dynamis Lord/Arch Diabolos
Einherjar 1.0/2.0
Limbus 2.0
Absolute Virtue/Pandemonium Warden

The Linkshell Members
Our Linkshell hopes to be chilled, friendly and a team.
If you apply to us we ask:
Team Player - just because you got what you wanted doesn't mean you should stop helping out others.
Knowledgeable - We don't expect everyone to know the ins and outs of new content. However there are websites which you can read to help learn or assist you during, and more importantly, before raids.
Commitment - If a raid is happening, please help out.
Sense of humour - 99% of all members that have joined so far make jokes at other members expenses, it is all in good fun and no harm is meant by it.
Don't apply as a job you do not like - Happy members are usually people who play the jobs they enjoy, if you apply as a job, expect to be raiding as it 80-90% of the time.

We are willing to recruit any other jobs, however the main focus on applications are towards the ones listed as a priority.

Please remember if you apply as a job you will be raiding as it 80-90% of the time, so make sure you enjoy it!

Schedule
Starting off from a base of about 8 members things will be a bit slow, however we will aim to build up to raiding 4 days a week, giving a few days for people to do their own thing, if they have Salvage groups or Meebles groups for example. However this does not mean we cannot do things on "days off", they will just not be classed as "raids" and you have the option to do other things if you wish.

Event times: Anywhere between 6-8PM EST based on numbers
