What Is A Good Way Of *making* Gil?

I've done a search, and i've looked at a few threads, and i'm after some more up to date information on the best to *make* gil.

I already know a good few methods that I can farm/fish/craft/brew and make 1~2M+ per day but this generally needs to be sold on to other players. By make I mean, the best way to generate gil from game, not by simply getting players to shift their gil from them to me.

Since SE have nerfed the "cruor to gil" ratio are there any other good gil generators? I know Dark rings are still 30k+ but somedays that just sucks with poor luck. Also, I prefer generating gil as we don't then have to undercut people, and you don't generally have to worry about your 'Secret method' as usually everyone can get involved and it doesn't interfere with others doing it.
