On the subject of the original Collector's Edition I never received the Right of Passage they were supposed to send out...

Sadly the time i spent in 1.0 for me was far more entertaining. Not saying FFXI is rubbish. Just since abyssea, FFXI lost its way and Seekers has helped derail it even further. If 2.0 is as fun as 1.0 was, i think ill hang up my boots on XI for good. I enjoyed XIV enough to stop playing XI during its 1.0 days. Yeah it had its faults but i learned to live with them. The main thing was, it was fun to play. This game has lost that fun factor. The fact that more and more people are quitting and leaving is evident of this :(. Watched a compilation video of CS's today. Made me realise that this game was so good. How did it end up like this?

yes,and in phase 3 i believe it is of the beta,they get to use said characters

Also didn't YoshiP say something about 1.0 Collector's transferring to 2.0 Collector's or am I making that up?

That collectors edition looks sweet, might buy it for the ps3, since i already have legacy pc account.

The only problem is if they give a universal code, instead of individual codes for the extras.

If it still had XP support I might consider jumping in again. All my friends are starting ::shudders:: families and ***now, and I need more people who dodge responsibility around. So it's either an MMO or move to Brisbane.

Owners of the 1.0 Collector's edition will receive the Helm of Light, Behemoth Barding, Baby Behemoth Minion (it's a purple pig that follows you everywhere) and the coeurl mount.

People who did not own the 1.0 collector's edition can upgrade digitally.

Not quite. We get all the in game 2.0 CE items, none of the RL ones.
