Best possible Augment on the HQ is 3%, so possibly you can get 3% as well? Or maybe NQ only goes up to 2%?!

How many honors are used to aug NQ? i saw 3 but it wasnt very clear.

NQ synergy result. so very likely they go to 3% with HQ result.

I hq'd a kepur jacket, was 4% ws dmg. Lvl92 recipe since 12% a feed..
