Dynamis Shells In EST/GMT Time

Not for myself, friend transferring across from Siren looking for a Dynamis shell to go with, would go anytime GMT wise and anytime up to entering at 7PM EST, as I myself am still a noob to this server outside of my own shell I dont know of any shells that run this time, any help would be cool. Thanks in advance.
