Windower Crashing Just Before T's&C's

Hi All,

Ive returned to FFXI after a 6month break to find out my new PC cannot run windower any more! The game crashes as soon as you click play and its about to launch the game window.

Im now on Windows 7 64bit, GeForce 670.

Heres a quick list of things ive checked/tried

FFXI works fine on its own
Treid my windower from my laptop (win7 64bit) same fault.
Installed DirectX 9
Updated Graphics Driver
Disabled all plugins
Changed FFXI Resoultion to same as the game.
Running as Admin and also tried Windows XP compat.
UAC turned off
Antivirus turned off

I'm assuming its my graphics driver and windower not working, anyone any ideas?

They must know.. slag everything!!

Turns out the OC program that came with my 670 was causing it to crash, closed it and all works fine!
