yes Goku is immortal. At the end of GT, 100 years passed and he was watchin his and vegeta great grandkids fight and he didnt age.

Because Saiyans stop aging past a certain point and just because he fused with Shenlong in a non-canon series doesn't mean he's actually immortal. He could live to 500 for all we know. It's non-canon, stop bringing it up.

When you are taking from how many incarnations of superman from DC and all the alternate universes vs just 1 from Goku to be able to find one that could beat Goku seems a bit desperate lol. But it should be granted in the name of fairness lolol.

Super Man would lose because he doesn't get stronger, his power level has a hard cap to it (sorta like Frieza) unlike Goku who can break those barriers

being 100 doesn't make you immortal. The Kais were thousands of years old and Buu still killed most of them off.

There are billions stars out there that are millions to billions time the size and mass of our sun, does superman get a billion time increase in strength when near those stars?.

They lived next to a red sun lol. Goku wouldn't blow up the sun because it would doom the Earth, it's not in his nature. Superman's powers wouldn't instantly deplete just because of that either.

it was stated many times in the series that Saiyan have a rare ability to greatly increase their strength after each fight to near death, while other races have to very slowly become stronger and eventually reach their maximum, hence why Frieza was so strong is because he reached his maximum that available training could give him long ago.

Superman doesn't even train, he just relies on a fluke that our suns radiation makes him stronger.

Honestly, I think that instead of being simple and just going with the original creators' Superman, which would of been mauled like a 10 year old facing a tiger, they decided to go with a jacked up, multiple retconned powers, as modern as it gets Superman. and if you're talking about the Ocean dub, which I believe which is what that's from (and even then I don't remember them saying a thing about other's hitting a cap/max and never passing it, only that saiyans have an easier time increasing their power level, through fighting), then you're still talking about the same dub that claims Goku's father was a scientist that created the artificial moon and the script where Goku thinks Vegeta was the one who killed granpa Gohan instead of realizing he was the one who did it when he saw Vegeta transform.

Immortality is to live forever. You're thinking of impervious. Immortals can be killed, just not by age. Sickness is debatable.
