It's believed to be exclusive to the Telchine set.

Ah, I see. Can't get Elemental Siphon on anything else eh? I also thought I read that ES for this new Skirmish requires LeafORB stones rather than the standard LeafDIM (Keraunos), etc.

This crap is getting confusing.

Is there any other exclusive Telchine augments aside from Elemental Siphon? Don't think anybody has reported any Duskorb augments on them yet.

Leaforbs also give Pet: Subtle Blow only on Telchine.

I have not used any Duskorbs on Telchine yet.

A couple of hands I made for smn.
I think this one has 3 perfect augments?

Work in progress. Does the attack cap at 30?

BP damage and Pet: Mab for sure.
Pet: DA is under debate.
If Crit really applies to all physical BPs, that's likely going to be a better stat than DA.

Work in progress confirmation:

Both were done with +1 stones.

Are you absolutely positive that LeafORB stones produce Elemental Siphon augments and not LeafDIM? I got everything under the sun last night from LeafOrb stones for the legs except Elemental Siphon.

Yes, it was Leaforb. Yes, it only works on Telchine.

Okay..

LeafORB for Elemental Siphon for Telchine.
LeafDIM for Elemental Siphon for Keraunos.

Yes, correct. I know it's weird, but that's how it is.

I was under the impression that Double Attack was worthwhile for SMN Physical Bloodpacts. It was only until after I started replacing my Ruby Earring with Domesticator's Earring that I started noticing some random spikes in my damage.

Double Attack will increase damage, sure, but crit is just better.

For stuff like Predator Claws/Spinning Dive/etc the damage increase will be relatively small from Double Attack. Flaming Crush will probably see a larger benefit because the physical damage increase will lead to a magical damage increase which then gets increased further, but critical is still just better.

Garota nobody says DA is bad.
Is just that Crit is potentially better (if your BP can crit).
People have been assuming that all physical BPs can crit, I remain a bit skeptic until I can see some reliable data confirming it, but it's certainly possible.

got avatar perp -4 this morning with a leaforb +1 so -3 is not the cap. Only problem with -perp though is it shares a spot with pet: Double attack :/

If Perp- and Pet: Double Attack could be paired up, that'd be amazing. Even paired up with Refresh+3, I truly would have preferred Shomonjijoe to have Double Attack instead of Avatar: MAB.

Seems pretty good for an avatar tank set. Wanted higher evasion but no stones on the AH atm. This is pretty much convokers +1 with an extra -3% damage taken for your avatar lol

Looks like Duskorbs roll Pet Damage Taken on Telchine based on your screenshot. :P I don't believe that has been mentioned.

A DT set might be useful for avatar tanking, but keep in mind for Summoners I would argue that giving your pet more survivability/defense is not that useful. Our pet is disposable, instantly resummonable, especially with the amount of fast cast we get.

Puppetmasters and Beastmasters have much more to worry about if they lose their pet. We're not really in that situation, but there are still times where this could come in handy, even if it's just to swap it on when a boss is readying a powerful attack. It can help maintain our favor and boost our pet's likeliness to stay in the fight if used properly. There are also those situations where your pet is tanking something like a WKR boss, and this could help them stay alive, maintain aggro, and maintain stability for everybody. A magic evasion roll on that armor would also be fantastic to stack alongside the damage taken.

...why did it have to be duskorbs ;(

Anyways, I slightly updated the original post's node to include the new foods with pet effects, new level 99 Blood Pacts, a bit of the new Duskorb augments, as well as the Helios and Telchine armor sets. I used some of the reported data in this thread.

It may be a possible Duskorb augment. I have burned some duskorbs and only gotten base stat increases so far. If anyone gets a pet benefiting augment using duskorbs on keraunos please let us know !

Hi guys, I took a week long break because of school and this update has overwhelmed me and I figured why not take a few days off and come back to see if anyone discovered anything new, or if prices dropped (which i doubt)...

But has anyone figured out if BP damage has a cap or not yet? It's my biggest concern lol. I really don't want Nirvana to be a waste! :P

If you meant overall cap, people have been able to reach 94% BP Damage and it still works, so if there's a cap it's higher >= than 94% atm.

Personally I'm not a dedicated SMN, I have inventory issues, and I have a gazilion of different Augments I absolutely need to get for many other jobs.
I'll be focusing on Legs first, Hands next and Head last, leaving body and feet outside of this.
Altough... I dunno. Feet clearly become a better option than Convoker's if you can stick at least BP damage 6 (maybe even 5) and some MAB in there, but I guess it's a smaller upgrade compared to what you can get in the other slots I mentioned.

I have summoning skill +8 on one of my Helios pieces at the moment (from duskorb+2). It's not what I wanted but I've left them there until I'm able to get the BP damage I need.

Also, Avatar Perp can go to at least -4 on Helios armor.

how could it ever be? even if it gets beaten on the magical BP because with all the other BP dmg the mab would be more interesting, your physical BP deal more dmg so 40% increase on them in unbeatable :D
Nirvana for ever !!
