[Odin] GameTheory Recruiting - Legion, Odin V2, ADL Linkshell

GameTheory, a recently formed endgame shell, is now recruiting full-time members. We're trying to expand to 17-18 actual players (not including mules).

We run events at 8:00PM EST. We currently have no set schedule, but we plan on doing ADL, Legion (18 man for now), Odin v2, and whatever other content our members may be interested in.

Right now (as of this post) we are accepting a wide variety of jobs. We will accept players who are somewhat under-geared, but we do expect you to have the basics. Certain jobs will need less gear than others to be accepted, but we'll help you gear yourself as you prove to us you don't suck.


Currently we are accepting:

* SMNs - Your gear doesn't matter that much for now, just have Alexander. We do expect you to work on your gear, since once the PD nerf goes live you'll probably need 500-520 skill.

* SCHs - We expect you to have at least 430-435 enhancing, a decent stun set, and if you apply with this job we ask that you wish to improve it. At some point you'll need an Apajamas II and once the Embrava nerf goes live you'll need 500 enhancing skill.

* WHMs - A decent idle set, cure set, curaga set, and enhancing set will be required. Again, we ask that you wish to improve the job.

* BRDs - I don't expect too much, at least have capped skill and a knowledge of how to put songs up (you'd be surprised how many 90/99 Daurs I've seen who still can't do it). A 90 or 99 Daur would be nice... but if you don't have it we'll help you with it.

* CORs - Currently, for all I care, you can be naked. Just pick up augmented relic feet and you're fine.

* PLDs - I expect Aegis and/or Ochain and decent -DT sets.

* DDs - We're somewhat DD heavy, so I expect you to be geared already. If your DD isn't geared just yet and you have another job you can apply with, we urge you to do so and we'll help you gear your DDs. I guess I don't completely expect 99 Empyreans or Relics, so we can and will help with that, but know you at least need half decent gear.

If you wish to play a certain job with us, but don't think you have it up to speed... apply with a different job. We'll help you gear the job(s) you wish to play.

We want members who have a wide variety of job selection and don't mind playing those jobs. If you have mules that you can play, let us know their jobs and how well you can 2box them. When life happens it's nice to have them as backup so we're still able to run events.


What we expect of our members:

* Show up on time for events. We start no later than 30 minutes after our listed gather time. It really sucks to have to wait around for one or two people.

* We don't ask you to be geared right away, but we want you to strive to gear your jobs as well as you can. Along the same lines, we ask that you know how to gear your jobs. None of this TPing in a Spiral Ring and a Regain Moonshade on your DRK crap.

* If you don't really know what you're doing, ask questions. It's better to sound stupid for a minute than to cause a bunch of fuck ups.
