So a few weeks ago (bout 8) i had created a new account to hold a bunch of my damned crafting matts since i had reached my limit of mules in my primary.
Needless to Say SE got butt hurt and after i had gott the account to 70 did all the gobbie bags. i begin sending over O Ingots and Elemental Beads so i dont need to hold them all
6 hrs later (the account is barely 2 weeks old) the account was permentally banned and SE claimed it participated in RMT.
So now 8 weeks later.
SE Still hasnt finished there investigation.....
Any input on how long stupid stuff like this takes SE to resolve

My second account was banned off the server due to payment issues, I resolved them and waited my 1 year as they said to do to get my account back, needless to say they told me the account was completely deleted off the server and it no longer exists. They said I would have to buy a new content ID. This was my full sea, sky mule with wotg missions done, aht urhgan done, and my mythic mule, so all my alex were on it. Apparently theres absolutely no way to get the account back so if they tell you to wait a year, try everything i can to not do it.

RMT activity basically means you're ***. They say they'll look into it but they don't and you pretty much have a 0% chance of getting your account back.
Now if I only had a dollar every time someone didn't realize that you shouldn't have high gil flow on a fresh account, then well I'd have many dollars. Many.

What u can do is submit a ticket with se wait 1-2 days then call back and keep at them on the phone till u get to one of the account people they normally do not like giving people to the account support team but keep at it and they will.
Now I'm a little worried. I traded 14m to my secondary account to rename a character I had awhile back, and my secondary is relatively new. However, it's linked to my primary SE account, so hopefully SE knows better; but this is wishful thinking based on SE's accountability and reliability.

i wouldn't worry. they are trying to make money not keep their game clean. mistakes get made but the odds are way way low that you will be banned in error.

A friend of mine cleaved his mule and got banned for "rmt activities" on May 9th, 2012 He complained that he had done nothing wrong and they told him they would review his case. It's still pending five months later.

Thats a load of rubbish i cleaved my whm alt up in a day or so and they havent banned that account. I even stuck her brd in an rmt pt ovr nigh. Only thing i havent done is move a load of high price items over apart from stuff that went on ah at 1 week old she had a very steady high income of curreny which i sold on her. I seem to remember from a.while ago that multiple stuff needs to flagged a.certain amount of times for it to be banned for rmt.

Well Heres what ive learned
1) IF you cleave your mule up. Dont Sell all of the crap from the cleave to an NPC and combine the gil
2) after you do that do not proceded to pile several million worth of items onto said char
3) No matter what you do. Chat Support or Phone support. They are completely useless and will get you no were.
4) Hoping a SGM Can help you is all equally useless
5) Just wait for an email and check back every week or so
6) Dont put crysta on said account either. Because you wont get it back

On a side note, the person that hacked my account didn't bother to check my mule which had about 10 mil gil and mats. Made even more gil when I got more mats back from rollback by synthing HQ's.
