If you happen to have a camera handy when you go for a meal, throw it down here.
Ate this last night. Made it all the way to the end, and couldn't finish half of one of the dessert plates :/ (Well I could have, but woulda needed to take a 15-20 min break, and didn't want to make my friends, who only had 2 plates each wait any longer)      Bacon wrapped shrimp and bacon wrapped crab meat were simply divine. Buffets love my friends, but hate me! $6.99 for all that was a *** steal lmao

For some weird reason the ability/super power to do catastrophic damage to an all you can eat buffet never impresses the ladies in the manner you think it would...
Also, Pro tip #1 -You went wrong with the vegetables and starches. Starch and water fills the belly. They only hate you went you gloat, or take the whole steam tray of crab legs back to your table and refuse to share. As long as you are mixing it up like you did they know you will peter out. Lastly, I know that you miss your bowl, but this isn't the way to cope with that loss bro. /comfort

 Made these not that long ago :) The one on the left was a crunchy sweet potato roll with a spicy sauce and the other is mango cucumber. Took forever, but they tasted really good <3!

I'm a little scared to use any raw fish to make sushi... maybe I'm just paranoid that the stuff I buy wouldn't be sushi grade fish >:

You could even improvise by using something like Lox in lieu of raw salmon. I didn't even know what Lox was... I had to wiki it >.<
So it's similar to smoked salmon in a way. Does it give off a fishy taste? I'm not a fan of cooked salmon, regardless of the method. Raw salmon is delicious though :o It's not very fishy, as it blends well with other foods, hence it's popularity with bagels, cream cheese, onions and capers (I add tomatoes too).
Try wrapping it in a roll with cream cheese, cucumber, avocado and topping it with some sesame seeds.

Fall is my favorite season, and I love fall food. So naturally I go completely overboard and annoy everyone with it.
Last week I made pumpkin cheesecake with a chocolate crust. Here's that. I don't know what the weird white splotches on top are, but whipped cream hides them nicely! /blush    Then today I made pumpkin bread. I also added chocolate chips to that, because, well, I can.  And for dinner, leftover beef stew in bread bowls. Yum!

It was the easy cheesecake, the kind with cream cheese filling instead of hard cheesecake. I'm a pansy. /blush But it was really good! The crust was a bit too thick, especially in the corners, and it made it a bit too rich. So next time I might go with a graham cracker crust. But I really liked it.

I just made this actually. It's Wonton noodles with mung bean sprouts and bok choy in miso soup. (Oh and thin thin cut beef. Good enough for shabu shabu.)

Quesadillas tonight. I only put cheese and peppers in them, the peppers were grown by one of our pals. I don't know exactly why kind they are, but they are toasty! Yowza-yum!

If there is one thing I am a humongous crazy unrepentant sucker for, it's comfort food. I love comfort food! So, this tonight-- homemade chicken pot pie stuffed to the gills (literally stuffed, I couldn't fit all the filling I made into two pies) with potatoes, carrots, peas, corn, and delicious.
 Sorry it's so bright. >.> Someday I will learn that snapping a pic of a pale meal against a white plate in the light of a glowing PC monitor might warrant me shutting off the flash. Anyways. Delicious! Tomorrow if I am bored I might post the recipe in the Food 101 thread.

Have had a couple protein shakes back in high school, but I thought they were disgusting and haven't bothered to try it again since I don't take any supplements now
