Only exceptions are those in which the mob has a magic shield up, and even some of those don't cause the spell to fail completely. Monster Correlation is a small (0.1 or so iirc) bonus or penalty to fTP, nothing more nothing less.

I decided to test it because no else was or providing any sort of proof and "he said, he said" arguments don't go anywhere. Anyway the question has been answered for the OP and there isn't a point in continuing this so I'll be bowing out. |
