Daurdabla And Buffing Multiple Parties

Last night I was doing a Provenance run on my Bard buffing two parties with 2x Marches, and Minuet V. The first party got their buffs prefectly fine, but no matter what I tried the seacond party only recieved two buffs.

The steps I took were:
- 3x Paeon with Daurdabla
- N/T and Marcato(wondering if Marcato may have been the problem atm)
- V.Minuet5 and 2x Marches with my Gjallarhorn
- Dropped party, and played 3x Carols(tried both with Horn and Harp), or I did not play new songs at all.
- Play V.Minuet5 and 2x Marches on the seacond party.

It seemed as though no matter what I did on the forth step I could not get all three buffs up on the seacond party. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

You are casting Carol x3 on the 2nd party or just yourself? You have to use the harp to put the third song on everyone, not just yourself.

As long as I don't care about myself, songs aren't a problem. But I do have difficulty when I need different songs on myself when utilizing N/T and Marcato.

Here's what I do and was recommended to me as it is much faster:

Use all 3 ja's.
Play song 1.
Play song 2.
Hit my Daurdabla variable.
Play hymnus.
Play song 3.

The timing on this works regardless of if you are using instacast via Nightingale or just normal songs. I don't play songs in multiple parties often but I have done separate sets: Melees and mages within a single party, all the time and it works fine so long as you don't hit the wrong person with the wrong song.

I tried both ways. Neither seemed to work.

All I could suggest is that your songs got jumbled up and the third song you were trying to apply with daurdabla was a song that was already on.

V.march, A.March, Minuet V first party with G.horn
Drop party join 2nd pt
Paeon x3 2nd party with daurdabla
V.March, A. March, Minuet V 2nd party with G.horn
