19%, 27% Shellra 5, idle in Sheltered ring for 29% Shellra, for 48%, change shadow ring or back if you want to actually cap, but I prefer my absorb and 0

Wow I just realized I posted this this on Garuda can we move this to Nin forum please? And thanks for advice so far gonna start working on dark rings soon.
