Hello everyone,

Our linkshell on Bismark is currently looking for a couple of dedicated new members to join our family.

About us:
We are one of the former Seraph server's oldest still running end game linkshells. Since our formation, we have always tried to adhere to principles of excellence and teamwork. Many of our older members have known each other and played together for several years, giving our group a tight knit family group feel. We have always striven to find mature, friendly and helpful personalities to fit in with our group and will go to great lengths to ensure a happy, drama-free environment for our members. Our leadership does not stress a big collection of rules and tries run the shell according to what we personally feel is the fairest, most responsible course. Our overriding principle has always been to ensure we are helping those who are there for others.

Our linkshell event schedule adapts according to the advent of new content as well as the overall desire of our members. We are currently very active in Voidwatch, Neo-Dynamis (primarily ADL farming for relic upgrades) and experimenting with Legion.

What we are looking for:
The things we look for most in an applicant are skill, a willingness to improve yourself and adapt, and most of all a genuine enthusiasm/enjoyment for playing the game.

Job flexibility is a definite bonus for any new member as we do try to rotate our assignments where possible. Being able to fulfill a handful of different roles on the fly is great and allows us to prevent anyone being labelled a perma-JOB.

We do expect members who are able to attend the majority of the events on our schedule. While we don't strictly enforce an attendance roster or percentage (we certainly understand that people actually have lives outside of the game), we do want our members around as much as possible, both for ease of scheduling and to help you feel at home.

Event Schedule:
Frequent play time: CST/EST evenings. (CST/EST clock is used for most linkshell events)

Currently, this is what our event schedule looks like:
Monday 8:30pm EST - Voidwatch
Thursday 8:30pm EST - Neo-Dynamis (currently ADL spam).
Friday 8:00pm EST - Main Event
Saturday 5:00pm EST - Voidwatch

Event times usually run between 2 to 3.5~ hours depending on what we are doing.

we are again seeking a couple of dedicated new members to join our family.

With regards to our event schedule, since this thread was first made 3-4 months ago, we have moved into a more active farming of Legion, comprising 1-2 events per week. We farm all chambers including Mul and are consistent in clearing them all.

Want to include in this thread for prospective apps that starting this year we are changing our event schedule.

We will no longer have Saturday as an event day and instead have added Wednesday (event start time 8:30pm EST) to the the event schedule roster.

It's that time of year again, when we are again seeking dedicated new members to join our linkshell family.

We are currently active in vagaries, and some frolicking with unity and eschan. We may sometimes also do delve depending on members' desires.
