Don't forget there is more stuff coming tomorrow and I doubt they won't think to look at the question thread during the downtime.
Repetitive advertisements aside, that was a pretty awesome event even though I couldn't read or understand a damned word of it. I look forward to tomorrow's presentation.
Ya it's a pity they botched the live stream for the XI history panel but at least we'll be able to see it tomorrow XD.
Tomorrow I'll try my best to recap everything that went on today in the OP notes for people who weren't able to watch. Hopefully they will be able to salvage the video stream recording, they said they were having issues with it and might not be able to upload anything so we'll see how that goes.

Girl reminds me of Saber from Fate/Stay Night. :I
She's got big shoes to fill.. Nashmeira is my favorite female npc >:O I don't really have a favorite male npc.. maybe Ferrous Coffin from the campaign battles lol

Best NPC is that elvaan that uses Ultra Jump and Super Ultimate Shield bash in WoTG cut scene. Can't believe I forgot his name. Exaggerated ability titles ftw. Second best is the orc that gets his face smashed by the orc war machines. lol Love WoTG CSs x.x

Most of these monsters will likely be the leaders of the respective monster fortesses that we'll have to destroy.

Dats one ugly bee, but I have to say all bugs are pretty ugly. If all of those are leaders of beastman areas, I'm suddenly looking forward to the expansion even more.
They were talking about how the area will be unique compared to the rest of Vana'diel. Adventurer's will be there to reclaim the land, cut down trees, break boulders, etc.
We'll also have ZERO OUTPOSTS in the new land and will have to build them.
The only reason I know the bee is because they talked about it during the stream. They were talking about how the boss bee would have tons of other bees flying under it in these lairs that we'll fight to claim.
