claymore+15 got :D putting stuff into str now, dex is at 17 though :X probably a little higher than it should be, but oh well~
I found my new grind spot, it's pretty great, now that i have +15 claymore i'm 2shotting silver knights in the manor @ anor londo. as long as i get the first swing on them, they always stumble, allowing for 100% free 2nd swing and easy kills.
I just timed myself, I'm doing roughly 3min runs around the manor killing silver knights, roughly 13,000 souls per run.
Think I'm doing pretty well for myself atm, my levels have skyrocked. I stopped vit @ 35, so i can start pumping some str in.

I still have to go back and do the four kings boss or w/e :X going to go do the painting first though D:

Can also do The Duke's Archives, Lost Izalith, and Tomb of the Giants.

If you're going to "consume" the boss souls. Feed them to Kingseeker Frampt instead. You get more for them than just using them.
Example: Soul of Gwyn when consumed gives 20000 souls, but if you feed it to Frampt instead you get 40000.
It's not always double the value, that one just happens to be the biggest boost.

i just checked all the weapons in my inv on their stat boosts, and most weapons seem to favor dex over str.
so why am i doing str again?
also explain why you guys keep saying str>dex on the claymore when on the claymore itself it says it's the same X_x i dun get.

Try to take a look at the Great Club down in Blighttown, or farm a Large Club off of the fat barbarians in the tunnel right after Valley of the Drakes. Both are awesome STR weapons and the rolling 2H R1 for Great Club style weapons is amazing.
Alternatively there is a Zweihander in the graveyard next to Firelink. It might be a pain to reinforce all the way up again, but it might be worth it.
Another alternative would be to take DEX to 27, normal quality builds are usually 40DEX/27STR but it would work just te same the other way around, and weapons like the Claymore/Halberd/Longsword/Broadsword get a lot of boost from that. People might laugh at the Longsword/Broadsword mention - they are quite impressive on quality builds.

all the strongest weapons in the game (or shields) require higher str, not dex that's all.
so it's more about exactly what kind of gameplay you enjoy more than anything. like there is a special bow that scales S with dex, even more than A which is nice. or a deadly axe that scales with str S later on.

Also you can put items you don't want in your bottomless box at the bonfire if you bought it. Makes looking for those two Items much easier. It's the only reason I have used the box for so far.....
How do you play this online on PC? When I play, it always says something about games for windows live, but don't know anything about that...
Where do I sign up for it? And I don't play on xbox, so that doesn't matter to me.
I don't see online play, I see LIVE, if that's what you mean? However, nothing happens when I select that, just makes the noise and nothing else...

That does nothing, but I already have a Windows Live ID, and am always signed in, but still get that message about GFWL.
Nope, none of that stuff works. I had to link my WL messenger name to the GFWL thing, and it made a randomly generated gamertag, but once I start DKS, and hit home, still nothing happens...
