I wasn't playing last year when the Novennial stuff was being handed out, and I was hoping to snag myself a set for this year's anniversary event. Every other event that I've seen had moogles hanging around all three nations that sold stuff from past events. Or at the very least they'd offer some other way to acquire it.
But during this event I don't see those moogles anywhere. And I was wondering, am I maybe just out of luck for this, or is there some other way to acquire the Novennial set?
