i do believe its because no one is currently on that quest you can start a game and make it public then ppl will join

Ideally Both, i actually got lucky and got a 670 dps with LoH/Critdamage/ApoC/Attack speed wand.I have since changed it to a 780 dps wand with crit damage,vit, and energy twiser crit rate 4%
But the more important one would be based on ur gear itemization. Do you need more survivabilty or more damage.
Crit damage giving you more damage and APoC giving you more defensive due to being able to spam more tornadoes.
To be honest( and this is my opinion alone) you dont need that much AP on crit if u simply work on ur tornado placement. I only run with 9 AP on crit from my helm and i have beaten All acts with maybe 4 deaths going thru the entire act, yes 3 and 4. and those were due to either immune minion/vortex soul rippers, or in ACT 4 Shielding/illusionist metoer casting flying mages... and those are just broken having like 10-15 metoer going off on u at once is unneccassary.

It happened to me too, i left the game once the butcher was death and tyrael free, but i did not finish the act, then i re-ran the butcher and at las spoke to the caravan leader, only that way i was able to acces act2-1
Will be farming Act I elites and ponyland(whimyshire) all day today if anyone wants to join. just make sure u have enough resist/armor to take a hit cuz they hit hard

Anyone else noticing a lot more lag than normal and a tendency for the game to abruptly crash? The crashing seems like it would be on my end, but I can't think of a reason for it.
The lag's been insane though. I wish I had video of all the times I've rubberbanded back into a sea of arcane sentries and exploding snow balls.
That aside, made it about 75% through act 2 :D.

Yeah wiz tank is OP when gear'd. Which your's seems to be pretty nice. Though it's basically all the same setup's really short of the swapables. Hydra/Burst for things like Meteor/Blades/Time Warp. Did Time Warp and Burst last night was honestly better then I thought when not fighting something like a single boss.
Now if I can just stop being lazy and get monk to 60. Want to see what all this negative talk is about. Seems on par with barb so far but I only just finished normal. Need to farm too. Down to like 4 mil can't even get a 1k single handed anymore with it -.-

Try mirror images either duplicates on mimic
Duplicates giving more clones so u pretty much have infinite decoys
Mimic being for slight damage boost/slight CM proc because they cast tornadoes also and more freezes. With mimic when they cat Frost Nova it actually freezes mobs which leads to more perma frozen.

Nice. Had similar luck the other day. Sold the 1k with a socket 2hd. crossbow for 20M.
LoF weapons are getting insane though. Was looking around for when I get monk to 60 at 800 LoF couldn't break 1k for 50M this morning(one handed)... Though I can just go the socket route it's just annoying.
Weapons, amulets, and rings in general. Love it when selling but when buying I become quite the hypocrite.

Semi troll I am guessing? Unless this is coming direct from whoever designed, installed, and set whatever limits to the random generator.
Theory based math is well theory based math. Doubt you could even roll perfect on that many stats. I am sure there is limits in place for some kind of order or balance. Not to mention it's a loot grinding game if you wanted high odds or fixed stats should be off playing ffxi, wow, etc etc.
