No need to fling verbal grenades... Who knows maybe they only ever did 10 boxes and got simple clues on 9 of them.

Those who have done caskets extensively know that your odds of success drop over time. Whatever great luck you may have had initially will eventually settle in to a 1/3 to at best 1/2 guess between combination choices...

It's just obnoxious that the harder you work to solve a chest always results in something crappy inside like a pot.

This would be great. I could skip the chests with Chicken Bones :P

On a side note, the potions and stuff aren't that bad, I usually just throw them in my satchel for a rainy day :D

funny thing is this sounds about right,but we have 1 thing we did not have years a go the official forums. i have found it helps to cut down on this time,i do not know why. but i think it may be the admins/mods/devs read most of what is on there forum.

Great! Now I know who to blame when they give me easier access to the "astoundingly relevant" gear in treasure caskets instead of..... anything.

Im kinda HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE when it comes to computer things... how would i get this to run? >_> downloaded files and I cant open any of it

No problem. Just a quick note. Its best to use the programs "Best Guess" number, as it uses elimination of numbers method. That being said, having a chest with 6 guesses will basically guarantee you to get the right chest using this simple program. With 5 hints, in rare instances you'll have a 50/50 chance using the "best guess" number.
