Question!

I was wondering how the critical hit percentage works on the weapons you get from BCNM's, like Heart Snatcher.

If you have it in off-hand, will it give you the percentage overall or just for that weapon? I remember reading somewhere, I forgot where, that said it was only granted to the weapon, is that correct?

I'm not sure if that made sense..

I'm pretty sure its only procs on the weapon onry
