I wonder from where these will come from! :D
Edit: nvm gear and weapons in the video are all crafted they gonna be added in patch 1.22 for melee mages 1.22a the recipes
Arc/Brd will also not see their weapon til 1.22a. Says only Mrd Gld Lnc Pug weapons are being added. :x Still, those are sexy beasts!
wow. the garuda weapons look really nice. and that new craftable bow is sexy

Really curious as to what the stats are of the garuda weapons though, if ifrit had attack, would garuda weapons have evasion? >.>;
Haste or movement speed perhaps!

My projected garuda weapon stats:
For melee, occasionally attacks twice
For mages, crit rate +150. Melee crit rate that is.

Crit rate gear is pretty bad from what I've been reading :(

Some of those look pretty hot! I liked the staff with the orbiting spheres :O! When that guy pulled out that Garuda bow in the vid I thought he was going to fly away...LOL
Well, they are NEW weapons, that we can agree on. Have to see the stats before I can comment further. They did mention something about looking into adding more powerful crafted items in the future, and it sound like these will be difficult crafts and possibly require some new raw mats.

Aside from all the quarrel about the game being good or bad, the graphics are hands down simply amazing. Every single equip looks bloody awesome.

They also had in there where the new ores are mined. No grade 6 yet. Gold ore: Halatali. Darksteel: Dragonhead

I guess they simply want to make "high-end" gear a bit more complicated to craft and everything else simple.
Makes some sense to me at least and I know one person who'll definitely like this.
It's only one part per item, from what I can see. It doesn't really make the synthesis recipe itself any more complex; definitely a far cry from most of the older recipes that used parts. It just serves to make the final item more difficult to create, since the part has to be HQ. I don't have a problem with recipes using parts the way these do.
