There should be an NPC in your guild workshop that will list every recipe you can currently make. Check the Veteran tab for it.. If it's there, it capped at or under 100.

ty for the quick responses, i did do the level break and will have to check with the npc tonight. It's been so long since i leveled WW i forgot about that.

Yeah if it was the guild test item I'm pretty sure it will be around 95~98. Sorry to bring bad news =(
