Another Recruitment Attempt

For whatever reason, Drama seems to follow every summer and we lose members to it. Without starting more of it here (And i plead that people keep it out of this thread - and to stay on topic) I would like to post this simple recruitment thread.

First, a little on me. My philosophy about leading a linkshell is quite different from many others. I care about each individual member who wears my pearl like family. I pride myself in being able to say we can have a lot of fun doing our events, and growing together. If we lose, we lose, and if we win, we win. But whatever we do, we do it together, that's the important part.

Tribal LS currently runs at the following times:
Monday 8:30 EST Main Event
Wednesday 7:30EST Einherjar 8:30 EST Main Event
Thursday 8:30 EST Main Event
Sunday 7:30 EST Einherjar 8:30 EST Main Event

(All Events end roughly 12:30EST But may go over 30 min to 1 hour in extreme circumstances)

Days That there is no mandatory event:
Tuesday
Friday
Saturday

*Please note that our shell is always active. However, these are the required events for those who have socials or for those who have other scheduled static events with friends. Nyzul, Dynamis farming, etc. Full timing our pearl is not required but highly encouraged.

Tribal is currently running Legion events with another LS, which occurs on sunday. We are also active in provenance, any voidwatch scenario, Dynamis including Arch Diabolos (Various names etc) and Arch Dyna Lord, and pretty much any other endgame content.

Our lotting system is open DKP. That means any item that is in the treasure pool can be bid on by any member of the shell for points against points. You must be able to make three out of the four mandatory events (the ones starting at 8:30EST) in order to maintain lotting abilities. Other rules can be found on this link:

All Jobs are welcome to apply, however, please note the following:
If applying with DD, ensure you have empyrean or relic.
If Applying with Magic jobs, please ensure your magic skills are capped and proper for landing stun and other debuffs, Enhancing for a scholar's embrava, healing magic for cures.

It happens. Drama is not a good thing. I personly never exprienced it with them. Just heard the stories. Hate to see a shell break.

That was tribal, not the shell we're in now.
A few shells were on the verge of breaking or otherwise so we formed most of the group into a single shell.
