King Behemoth strategy
Hi guys Any one have some tips on how to fight KB at 99? I have a pop and would like to use but not sure how I should go about killing it.

mnk+whm+thf
mnk straight tank. THF going in for SA/TA. whm run out of range of meteor. from what i understand, its easy to interrupt its meteor, so mnk would probly be pretty perfect. just that and whm. use MDT set when meteor is casting. max merited shell V + a decent MDT set should cut that in half. lastly just open communication to tell the whm when its casting to run in and out at proper times. at 99 im sure its a joke. oh and use counterstance too. its additional effect: stun is probly stupid annoying so just counter instead.

King is easier than the KSNM .... Gooey Gerard solo in about 10~ mins 3-5 zetas
I'm not sure how "easy" it is to interupt, the last I did had ukon war+whm and the war only interupted 1 when it had addle on if I remember right. That said, still easy enough to duo.

That said, still easy enough to duo. We did it with my GF as BST X2, 2 gooey gerard was a joke just use one or two rewards and been dead in less than 10 min.

I killed it about 20 times to get my defending ring easy solo with bst, i popped it let pet attack and ran out of range so Meteor didn't hit me only used 3 or 4 rewards in fight about 15-20 mins a fight maybe less didn't time it, just don't let Meteor hit you got me a couple times and almost died lol.

Meteor range = 25.0 from the one who is targeted.
You wont take any damage from meteor as long as you stay out of the range. It should be easily killed by any low-man party like this: (Tank or simply DDs)→ ←(KB) ←(mages) └───────────────────────────┘ 25.0+ Did it with THFx2, SCH and WHM. THFs opposite sides and SA etc when they have the chance (should be when timers are ready). Meteor gets interrupted most times with melee hits and WHM can take care of you if it happens to go through.
did thf and whm, held kb for th procs. mp was never an issue eating meteor. its stupid easy.

No, the range of meteor is 25.0 from the one who is targeted(not from the mob). 30.0 is the range you have to run to make the spell not finish casting. 25.1 from the target you wont take any damage from meteor. I know it 'casue I just trioed 9 KBs and got my D.Ring 3 days ago(June 15th).
