Poisonhand + Maintenence

Been trying to get a Jujitsu Gi without having to buy it, although I can afford it without a problem. My question is, with the emergency maint when will his window be open when maint is over? Will his window be open right away, or will it be as if he was just killed and will only be open 1 hour after maint is over?

I think when maint ends he can pop anytime. Either way, it's only an hour respawn window from what I remember. So it's not that bad
